Hi, I'm Nelson Price - Realtor / Broker,

As a native of the area for 45+years, I have seen many changes and much growth. Many opportunities have presented themsevles during this time and I'm thankful for the  training and experience received through every moment! I attended preschool through college in Hickory while growing up and helping work & manage a 104 acre farm. At eighteen I became a caregiver to my grandparents, began seeking employment opportunities, and attending night college classes. Even then I had an interest in real estate and purchased my first of seven properties.  Thanks to great companies like Southwood Reproductions, Hammary / Lazboy, and C R Laine Furniture opening their door to opportunities, I became a sucessful plant manager at the age of 27 and found myself yearning later for a new challenge. I joined the Coldwell Banker Boyd & Hassell team in 1998 and entered the real estate field. I chose Coldwell Banker Boyd & Hassell for many reasons. They were then and we are now the largest thriving & producing real estate firm in the area. They provided good training and hands on experience second to none and acknownledged the desire for my personal growth. Since 1999 it's been an honor to be a multi million dollar producer and on their top producer list.

I enjoy listening  to these goals and objectives, much to often offering my two cents worth and helping make your goals possible through purchasing a home or property.
